In 1996, a man named Troy Blackford hit and damaged a slot machine at Prairie Meadows Racetrack in Altoona, Iowa. Following the incident, he was issued a permanent trespass ban. But the man kept coming back and in 2006, he won a jackpot of $9,387. The casino, after realizing that he was banned, withheld the money. Troy took them to court. Eventually, the case made its way to the Supreme Court, which ruled that the casino was right to withhold the money.

So, if you enjoy gambling, be sure to follow the rules, because if you get banned, you will not be able to sneak in and win big. It just won't happen. What's worse, if you do get a ban and sneak in, you might spend a lot of money and have no chance of recovering it because the casino won't pay you out.
