With a little pre-planning, a good poker table and the right poker chips set, it doesn't have to be a chore for the host. It's also a great way for beginners to learn the game with friends and not risk a lot of real casino poker chips learning the basics.

For tournaments, the best choice is often a set without pre-printed denominations, valued by color only. This gives you unlimited flexibility in the values ​​and may require fewer chips.

The tournament structure needs to support your total quantity of chips in your poker set.
