Poker is a game that people all around the world are playing. It is one of the favorite pastimes for people. By knowing the game well, you will enjoy it. To become an expert in poker, it is impossible to do it within one day. But to learn the rules of the game and start playing poker, one day is definitely enough.

The objective of poker is to win the pot of chips at the center of the table. Depending on the competitiveness of the game, the chips may or may not represent money. The player with the best combination of cards will take the all the chips at the center.

Although the game has different types of playing rules, all versions follow the same basic pattern. The card dealing position will rotate around players. In casino, the card dealer will give out the card. Each position is marked by a button to let the dealer know the order of betting.

Sometimes, you are required to make forced bets at the beginning of the round to make the game more exciting. In the beginning, the dealer will shuffle and cut the cards before dealing them to the player in a clockwise direction. For the first few rounds, all players will make forced bets. As the game goes on, the players will have more cards and previously cancellation cards are replaced.

When you are betting in a round, your opponents are required to fold, call or raise the chips. If no opponent wants to match the bet your bet, the hand ends and you will win the game by taking all the chips in the center. If you are good, you will try to bluff your opponents and make them think that you have a very good hand. As the cards are not disclosed, your opponents will not know the quality of your hand.

If more than one player remains in the game, they will reveal their hands and determine the winner. The player with the best hand will then win the game.
