Welcome to Las Vegas, as your plane comes into land you can see the city surrounded by a desert. The hotels rise up and if you're lucky enough to come in at night the lights will engage the senses. Once you enter the airport you can tell you are in a different place with slot machines littering the aisles. You are in SIN CITY. This is a place where the adults should get away from the kids and bachelors should go.

On my last visit I stayed at the MGM Grand which on Las Vegas Boulevard which is the center of it all. Everything is within walking distance if you can get yourself away from the casino. During the day and early evenings I was taught up in the Sports Book at MGM where you can bet on everything you could ever want to in sports.

For the night life the opportunities are endless, but where I spent my time was at the Palms. First things first you need to hit up the Ghost Bar, the view is fantastic the scene is electric but remember that old quote "What happens in Vegas places in Vegas" well that's false as the webcam continuously sprays the room for pictures. If you are looking good and acting crazy you might end up on the website for all to view. Another must see is the Playboy club, just go on their site and see the bunny dealers ([http://www.palms.com/playboy_club_2.php]) I do not think there is much else to say about that.

To get away from the gambling in the night life I recommend hiring up the rides that located through the hotels. First stop must be the Stratosphere hotel, first up the X-Screem where you whirl around the top outside of the Stratosphere Tower which is 1,149 feet above the ground. After you've got your adrenaline kicking the Big Shot is for those who are not week at heart. You get strapped in at the pinnacle of the building and get slingshoted strait up in to the heavens where you feel like you are unattached to the earth and then fall back down as your heart tries to stay in your chest. Another hot spot is the rollercoaster attached to New York New York hotel. The fast pace thrill ride takes you in and out of the hotel allowing you to taste the Vegas air.

It's Vegas Baby. Enjoy your time because because you're going to have to come back to earth.
